Consistent quality, happy again
This was my third time ordering from Mystichot, this time I went with a custom initials sleeve embroidery on a sweatshirt. Like my previous orders (a personalized anniversary hoodie and an embroidered pet portrait hoodie), the quality was consistent. The embroidery is always neat and well-done, and the sweatshirts hold up after washing. Delivery was about the same as before, around 2 weeks from order to arrival which is expected for custom items. I keep coming back because their products are reliable and make great gifts. No complaints on this order, everything went smoothly.
